Parasitic content networks are automating a specific arbitrage: lift comedians' IP-protected material, feed it to AI-generated personas, and funnel the accumulated audience attention toward subscription platforms like OnlyFans and Fanvue. This is deliberate copyright violation—not incidental friction—that collapses the distinction between content creation and audience harvesting. Established comedians become involuntary talent scouts for platforms they don't profit from. The mechanics matter: comedians build audiences through skill and risk; these operators compress that work into a copycat operation that costs almost nothing, creating perverse incentives for anyone with access to training data and render farms.
