Amazon has finished manufacturing the full fleet of Project Kuiper satellites needed to compete with SpaceX's Starlink. The company now needs regulatory approval and launch capacity to operationalize the constellation. The mega-constellation market is crowded—SpaceX, OneWeb, and Telesat are all competing for the same customers.
