As code generation tools accelerate output, engineering teams are discovering that human verification—not creation—has become the constraint on deployment velocity. Code review has always been a bottleneck, but its severity has shifted: when one engineer can generate in hours what previously took days, the team's ability to validate that code hasn't scaled proportionally, creating a gap between what machines produce and what humans can trust.
