Russian orbital assets can now disrupt positioning signals at continental scale, moving jamming from tactical battlefield tools into strategic infrastructure sabotage. GPS underpins financial markets, power grids, telecommunications networks, and autonomous systems; even seconds of disruption cascade across interconnected systems.
